Quicksilver Gas Services LP is a midstream master limited partnership engaged in the business of gathering and processing natural gas produced primarily from the Barnett Shale formation in the Fort Worth Basin in north Texas.
Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we began operations in 2004 to provide midstream services primarily to Quicksilver Resources Inc., the owner of our general partner, Quicksilver Gas Services GP LLC, as well as other natural gas producers.

We expect organic growth in our gathering and processing will come from Quicksilver´s increased volume of product transported, or throughput, to our system. We also expect to attract third-party volumes from the Fort Worth Basin, which we believe is one of the fastest growing natural gas fields in the United States. |
