Experience: Clifford C. Rupnow was elected Vice President Business Development of Quicksilver Gas Services GP LLC in January 2007. Mr. Rupnow has been Director Midstream Business Unit of Quicksilver since May 2006. He has also served as Director Business Development. Prior to joining Quicksilver, Mr. Rupnow was Director of Market Services and System Planning for Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline and Vice President Business Development for Infrasource Engineering Inc. In addition, Mr. Rupnow spent over 20 years with Great Lakes Gas Transmission Company in Regulatory, Marketing and Business Development positions.
